This policy explains how Norwegian King Prawns AS processes personal data and uses cookies on the website norwegiankingprawns.no. We aim to process as little personal data as possible.

2. What we process
The website is a simple information site with no login, contact form or newsletter. We do not collect personal data through forms, and we do not use analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics).
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Netlify) stores technical logs, including IP address and browser type, in order to deliver and secure the site. This is necessary for operation and is deleted/anonymised after a short period by the provider.
- Email: If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
3. Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies on visit. We use only one local storage entry to remember your cookie choice, and load third-party maps and video only if you consent.

4. Third parties and transfers
Fonts (Adobe Fonts): The website loads the «Sofia Pro» typeface from
Adobe Fonts (use.typekit.net) for correct display. This happens on page load and means
your IP address is sent to Adobe. Adobe Fonts sets no cookies and does not use the data for
advertising. If the font fails to load, a local fallback font is used.
When you consent to maps and video, content is loaded from Google (Google Maps and YouTube). Google may then set cookies and process data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Without consent, this content is not loaded.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase any personal data we may process about you, and to object to and request restriction of processing. Requests can be sent to oscar@norwegiankingprawns.no. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
6. Changes
We update this policy when changes to the website affect privacy. The current version is always available on this page.
